SH Corporate Secretary
Responsibilities
- Marketing Coordination:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance Students Herald’s brand presence.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging marketing materials.
- Notion Task Management:
- Manage and organize tasks, projects, and workflows using Notion.
- Ensure that all team members are aligned and on track with their responsibilities.
- Streamline processes and improve efficiency through effective task management.
- Provide training and support to team members on using Notion effectively.
- Corporate Secretarial Duties:
- Maintain and update corporate records, documents, and filings.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Assist with compliance and governance matters.
- Handle correspondence and communication with stakeholders.
- Calendar Management:
- Organize and manage the executive calendar, scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure that all appointments and deadlines are met promptly.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage scheduling conflicts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Key Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and communications.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify opportunities for client engagement and growth.
Requirements

- Preferred: A Degree or equivalent experience in management, commerce, tourism, or a similar field.
